Primary Terms and Policies

  1. Each Apartment at The Manor Luxury Service Apartments, Naldehra Shimla boasts a unique interior, offering diverse styles to cater to every guest's preference.
  2. Outside Food and Alcohol are prohibited in both of our Restaurant Premises.

Silent Estate

‘The Manor’ at Auramah Valley, is a Silent Estate!

We encourage people who want to live amidst the Silence of Nature.
Loud noise, loud music, and parties are things that we do not encourage within our property.

House Policies & Regulations:

1. Guests are required to provide photo ID proofs of all guests that are part of the travelling group at the time of confirming reservation over email.

2. Each room can only accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child of 8 years of age or below.

3. Standard Check-in and Check-out timings are 14:00 hrs and 11:00 hrs respectively. Any late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and prior information to the Front Desk Team.

4. Guests are responsible for keeping all their valuable items secure, ‘The Manor team will not be responsible for any missing goods & valuables.

5. Our service apartments are fully equipped with all amenities and equipment for your use during your stay. We request all guests to be careful while using these facilities and be respectful of the owner’s property.

6. For any breakage/ damage or shortfall of the items, the management shall charge the damages directly to the guest’s account. The accounts must be settled before checkout.

7. Guests would be asked to keep a deposit of INR 15,000 towards incidental charges at the time of check-in. The same can be refunded/ adjusted in the final invoice during checkout.

8. Our housekeeping teams are assigned to clean the apartments, make bedrooms, bathrooms & the kitchen facility once a day. At other times it is the responsibility of the occupants.

9. We encourage all guests to use our laundry facility.

10. All apartments are assigned with dedicated parking, we request all our guests to park their vehicles in the assigned parking area only.

11. We value all our team members and consider them as part of our family. We strongly discourage the use of inappropriate language or behaviour by guests while engaging with our team members. In case of any objections, guests may connect with our operations manager to discuss any such issues or write to the management directly.

12. The clubhouse is for Auramah Valley owners only. Guests are not allowed on the club premises.

13. Reservations may be cancelled at any time without any prior notice at management's discretion.

14. Stags/groups of boys are not allowed at our Property.

We respect the privacy & convenience of all our guests and residents of the villages, considering that no loud music is allowed on the premises at any time. Music may be played inside, however, no sound should spill outside the apartments.
